BikeRunner Strategic partnerships

One part of BikeRunners strategy is to create partnerships with bicycle sellers, producers and leasers. 

When an order is made by a Partner, it will say so in the order. Sometimes the customer doesn’t know who BikeRunner is because the Partner made the order, and then it is convenient that you can explain the situation. 

When a partner makes an order through BikeRunner, they use a special order page. In there they can decide who should pay the invoice – the Partner or the Customer. 

If the Partner will pay the invoice, the payment option will be locked to a certain payment option when you create the invoice. Ergo – in these situations you cannot perform any additional services for the customer than described in the order, without first discussing it with the Partner (NOT the customer). The partner is your customer in these cases, not the person owning/leasing the bike.
