All accessories that BikeRunner “sell” is “white-label”, meaning – you can buy whichever (normal looking) basket you want. The cheaper you can buy it, the more money you make on the order. Just like with the tires and tubes. This is also what is communicated to the customer on the website (so they know that the basket isn’t necessarily a certain type for example). As always, if the customer wishes for a specific accessory that exceeds the price of the service itself, ask the customer (before you buy) for more money for this accessory (and ultimately say no thanks to buying it if they don’t approve).

The customer will expect a standard basket attached to the front of the bike. You can decide yourself if you choose a basket that is fixed or removable. But it makes sense to ask the customer for their preference. Never buy a basket that is just hung on the steering. It must be mounted with screws. The picture below shows the quality of the basket you should at least meet for this service.

Method

Before buying the basket, ask the customer for a picture of the bike, if you don’t have one already. Like that you can be sure that the basket you buy will fit the bike. Make sure the basket is attached firmly and securely.
