All accessories that BikeRunner “sell” is “white-label”, meaning – you can buy whichever (normal looking) bell you want. The cheaper you can buy it, the more money you make on the order. Just like with the tires and tubes. This is also what is communicated to the customer on the website (so they know that the bell isn’t necessarily a certain type for example). As always, if the customer wishes for a specific accessory that exceeds the price of the service itself, ask the customer (before you buy) for more money for this accessory (and ultimately say no thanks to buying it if they don’t approve).

When the customer orders a bell they will expect a bell of similar quality as shown on the picture below. Always try to pick an accessory that match the bike it will sit on (for example if it’s a kids bike, you can get a fun kids bell). Make sure to buy a bell that enables you to make a profit but not for under 19kr.

Method

When attaching the bell to the customers handlebar make sure it is attached to the correct side (in case the bell can only be operated in one direction) and close enough to the handle.
